We purchased a home in San Jose several years ago with Quincy’s guidance and we were so pleased that we knew who to call, as soon as we were ready to sell. The person purchasing our home tried every dirty tactic in the book to cause delays and try to get us to make more concessions. The other realtor’s actions were unprofessional by any standard, but Quincy and his team protected our interests and fought hard on our behalf. We were so relieved to have someone of his caliber and experience in our corner. As a result, we are very happy with the outcome.
Additionally, Quincy and team thought of everything! They helped us with all of the details of our move from start to finish. The staging company and handyman they recommended prior to the listing were amazing.
