Settling Dad’s Estate with Care

Quincy helped with the sale of my father’s home when settling his estate. I live out of state which could have made things more difficult, but Quincy managed contractors needed to get the house in condition for the sale- painting, yard clean-up etc. Instead of flying back and forth as I anticipated, everything could be managed from home with his help. He was fair and realistic with pricing. Other agents wanted me to invest tens of thousands of dollars to get the house in “saleable” condition.
