Quincy is a great Realtor, knowledgeable about the local market and highly skilled at negotiating. He represented us in a buy/sell and was able to get top dollar for the house we were selling when the market was down. He was also effective in dealing with the sellers’ Realtor who was far from professional. Also, I have had to turn to Quincy in a couple of situations long after the sale and he was able to help with a complicated real estate tax issue and some home improvement problems.
