Julie is an experienced and dedicated Buyer Specialist on the Quincy Virgilio Team. Since starting her real estate career in 2010 she has quickly developed a reputation as one of the hardest working, caring, and dedicated agents around.
She has many areas of expertise including working with first time home buyers, short sales, foreclosures, bank auctions, marketing and selling traditional listings as well as luxury homes. Julie’s favorite part of being a real estate sales agent is having extremely happy clients at the end of the transaction resulting from being able to help them achieve their real estate objectives. Julie feels that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important decisions and it is her goal to make the sale or purchase of a home as easy and gratifying as possible. Julie lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her husband, daughter, son and numerous furry friends. Some of her favorite past time activities include spending time with family and friends, camping, cooking, horse riding, and volunteering at her daughters’ school and being a leader for the Soquel 4-H.
